Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via Australia Post Tracking.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, external factors such as weather, postal service disruptions, or customs delays (for international orders) may affect delivery.

Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your address before completing checkout. Pelago Tackle is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details. In the case of a returned parcel, reshipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, let us know immediately. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
