The Rod Lock product contains Neodymium magnets (NdFeB)which are very strong and may cause interference with and damage to pacemakers, ICBs and similar medical devices which could lead to serious injury or death.

The strong magnetic fields of NdFeB magnets can interfere with or damage items such as TVs, computer monitors, credit and bank cards, computers, disks and other data devices, video tapes, mechanical watches, hearing aids, loud speakers, VCRs and the like.

The manufacturer and supplier of this product accept no responsibility for injury, loss or damages of whatsoever nature arising from the use of this product and recommends consultation with a medical practitioner before use of the product near pacemakers, ICBs and similar medical devices.

The user releases, discharges, and forever holds manufacturer and supplier harmless from and against any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, causes of action (including but not limited to claims for breach of contract or statute, negligence and product liability), claims, (including but not limited to claims for legal costs, and consequential loss and interest), demands, actions, suits or proceedings of whatsoever nature, which the user or any other person, may now or in the future have in connection, directly or indirectly, with the use of this product and indemnifies the manufacturer and supplier against all such liability, causes of action, claims, demands, actions, suits or proceedings.
